Daily activities

Our sessions are based on a combination of structured times (Brain Gym, Mat times, Mealtimes) and free play. There are many different activities to choose from such as playdough, collage, painting, puzzles, books, blocks, dress-ups etc. and outside activities such as swinging, climbing, sandpit, waterplay, scooters etc.

We incorporate elements from Maori and other cultures into our programme and this will show in the Preschool environment. Te Reo, Waiata, and legends will be used. Children and staff are encouraged to develop a good understanding of the bi-cultural heritage of Aotearoa New Zealand, based on respect.

Our Kai (meal) and mat times are structured social times enjoyed by everyone. Remember you’re always welcome to join in!

Individual Profile Books

We will keep a profile book of your child's progress.  These books will contain documented learning moments (Learning Stories) and with your input through the "story from Home"  it will become a unique keepsake of your child's special "Preschool journey".  The books are available for you to view at all times.
We will be charging a one off $20 for this book.
